Where We Deliver Baby Gifts in the US
Birbaby sends baby gift baskets, diaper cakes and welcome sets, some with champagne or wine for the new parents, to homes, hospitals and offices all over the country. Pick a state or a city below: each page has gifts chosen for that place and a ZIP checker, and checkout settles the date for the exact address.
Where our baby gifts go most often
Of all the cities with a page of their own, Manhattan, Miami and San Francisco welcome the most Birbaby gifts. Each card shows a gift chosen from that city's page.
Same-day baby gifts in New York City, North Jersey and Los Angeles
Need it there today? A gift can arrive on the day you order it in two places: New York City with northern New Jersey, and Los Angeles. The order goes in by 11 a.m. Eastern for the first, or 11 a.m. Pacific for Los Angeles, seven days a week, holidays aside. Same-day covers eligible gifts only, and the delivery window is 12–5 p.m. to businesses and 12–7 p.m. to homes.
New York City and North Jersey
Our checker accepts same-day for addresses in Manhattan, Brooklyn and much of Queens, and across the Hudson in Jersey City, Newark, Hoboken and Hackensack.

Order cut-offs for the rest of the country
Beyond the same-day areas, orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, count for that business day across the East, the South and most of the Midwest. Ten states, called the late group on the cards below, have a later cut-off of 12:30 p.m. Pacific: Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington State. For a state not named here, checkout says which one applies. The ZIP checker on every state and city page shows the likely arrival date; treat it as a guide, because storms or a locked building can move it.
Holidays
Juneteenth and Columbus Day are normal delivery days. Nothing is delivered on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day, so aim for the day before or after.

Boy, girl or a surprise
Most people shop by the baby: blue for a boy, pink for a girl, or a neutral gift when the news is still a secret or the parents want neither colour. Hospitals, offices and baby showers
A gift to a private address usually arrives by the end of the day. Hospitals, offices, hotels and apartment buildings with a staffed lobby get theirs during the working day where it can be done, and the gift may be left with the building's staff.
Add the hospital or business name, the ward, floor or office, a mobile for the person receiving it and any gate or entry codes. An incomplete or mistaken detail can rule out a refund or a second attempt.

Baby gifts ordered from abroad
Plenty of our customers are abroad and buy for a new family in the States. Everything is priced in US dollars, and your card provider converts the charge. The gift never crosses a border, so the family owes no import charges. Each country page has its own favourite gifts.
Buying from a different state
Every state pays the same price. Each card turns our two business-day cut-offs, the main one at 2 p.m. Eastern and the late group's at 12:30 p.m. Pacific, into that state's local time. The New York, New Jersey and California cards add the same-day cut-off.

- Same-day: order by 11 a.m. Eastern for New York City and North Jersey, or 11 a.m. Pacific for Los Angeles, every day but holidays, on eligible gifts.
- Any other address: by 2 p.m. Eastern, or 12:30 p.m. Pacific for the late group, Monday to Friday.
- If an item is out of stock, the substitute keeps the overall presentation, value and gifting intent.
- Nobody has to sign. Gifts with champagne or wine go only to someone 21 or older.
- Write a card message as you order, then watch the gift on Order Tracking.
- If a gift turns up damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within five days from delivery, with photos.
