The cut-offs in the UAE's time
Our New Jersey cut-off, 2 p.m. Eastern, is 10 p.m. +04 where you are — late in your day, so an order over breakfast is comfortably in time; Los Angeles closes later still. You choose the recipient's delivery date at checkout; the cut-off at the warehouse that serves their address, and the transit time from it, decide the earliest date the checker will offer.

Same-day runs only where the checker answers local: parts of New York City, North Jersey and the Los Angeles area. Everywhere else is courier, one to three business days in transit in the checker's answers.

Gifts leave our New Jersey or Los Angeles warehouse, whichever serves the address: orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern in New Jersey or 12:30 p.m. Pacific in Los Angeles go out the same business day. Same-day hand delivery runs only where the checker answers local — in parts of New York City, North Jersey and the Los Angeles area — when the order is in by 11 a.m. in that city's own time. The charge depends on the recipient's ZIP: for most addresses the checker lists ground delivery at no charge, in some western areas (Arizona and Washington State among them) it lists only a paid courier rate, and a same-day charge shows at checkout.

There is no currency menu: the charge is in US dollars and your bank converts it to UAE dirhams.
Accepted
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Foreign-issued cards are fine; the address check is against your card's record.
Nothing at the border
Prepared in New Jersey or Los Angeles and delivered domestically: no import charge, no duty, no customs form.
On your bill
The charge appears in UAE dirhams after conversion; any foreign-transaction fee is your bank's, not the store's.
Writing the card and the address
The store runs in English; Arabic and English are spoken in the UAE. A card message is typed at checkout, but Arabic has not been tested on that path, so Latin letters are the safe choice.

Ordering questions: The UAE to the USA
Can I pay with a card issued in the UAE?
Yes. The checkout shows Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay; a card issued abroad works when the billing address is entered exactly as your bank holds it, in your own format. PayPal is not offered.
Is there import duty?
Nothing. The gift is packed and delivered inside the United States, so there is no customs charge, no duty and no fee at the door.
How late can I order?
Order by 2 p.m. Eastern in New Jersey or 12:30 p.m. Pacific in Los Angeles (10 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. +04 where you are), and the gift goes out that business day, Monday to Friday; courier transit follows, one to three business days in the checker's answers. Same-day hand delivery of eligible gifts is offered only where the checker answers local — parts of New York City, Northern New Jersey and the Los Angeles area — when the order is in by 11 a.m. in that city's own time. For any other ZIP, the checker's date is the earliest available.
Can I write the card in Arabic?
Yes, where available a gift message is typed at checkout. Arabic has not been tested on this store, so a message in Latin letters is the reliable choice.
What does the recipient see about me?
No. The family sees your name and gift message, never your billing address, your card or the price.
Can I include wine for the parents?
Yes, some baby baskets carry wine or champagne for the parents, subject to the law where it lands; the recipient must be 21+ and show photo ID at the door. Baskets without a bottle need no ID.
