    Birbaby USA provides delivery to eligible U.S. delivery regions. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on the recipient’s address, selected gift, product eligibility, and available delivery options.

    Same-day delivery may be available in select supported areas, including NYC, LA, and Northern NJ, on eligible baby gifts. Same-day delivery is not available everywhere and is confirmed during checkout when available.

    We prepare and coordinate orders based on recipient address, product eligibility, delivery requirements, product availability, fulfillment capacity, courier availability, and routing. Available delivery information and estimated delivery options are shown during checkout.

    Order Processing

    Orders begin processing shortly after payment is confirmed. Customers requesting an address correction, recipient update, gift-message correction, order change, or cancellation should contact customer service as early as possible.

    Once preparation, fulfillment, or delivery coordination has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

    During holidays, peak order periods, or high-volume delivery windows, orders may enter preparation or delivery coordination more quickly, and changes may be limited or unavailable.

    Delivery dates, delivery windows, same-day availability, and estimated delivery timing shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times unless expressly confirmed in writing by Birbaby USA.

    Exact delivery timing may vary due to routing, traffic, weather, courier availability, fulfillment capacity, recipient availability, building access, security procedures, and other operational factors.

    Residential deliveries typically occur by end of day. Business, office, institutional, hospital, hotel, and managed-property deliveries typically occur during standard business hours where possible.

    Delivery Completion

    Deliveries do not require a signature unless otherwise stated, required by the delivery location, required by a courier or delivery partner, or necessary based on the circumstances of delivery.

    Orders may be delivered directly to the recipient or left with a building representative, concierge, reception desk, security desk, front desk, mailroom, loading area, delivery room, or other building-approved receiving point where appropriate.

    Once proof of delivery has been obtained, or the order has been accepted by the recipient, building representative, reception desk, mailroom, concierge, security desk, front desk, or other authorized receiving location, the order may be considered delivered.

    Office, Building, Hospital, and Managed Property Deliveries

    Deliveries to offices, institutions, apartments, condominiums, hotels, hospitals, medical facilities, gated communities, and managed properties may be completed through reception, mailroom, concierge, security, front desk, loading area, delivery room, or another building-approved receiving point.

    Customers are responsible for providing complete delivery details, including company name, department, suite or unit number, recipient phone number, building instructions, access codes where appropriate, and any information needed for delivery.

    Birbaby USA is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, internal handling issues, misplaced items, or delivery restrictions after an order has been accepted by a building, facility, front desk, reception desk, concierge, mailroom, security desk, or other authorized receiving location.

    Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information

    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time an order is placed.

    • Address changes must be requested promptly after ordering and before preparation, fulfillment, or delivery coordination begins.
    • Orders with incorrect or incomplete address information may be delayed, misdelivered, returned, or undeliverable.
    • Refunds, replacements, credits, or redelivery may not be available for orders affected by address errors, missing suite or unit numbers, incorrect recipient information, missing phone numbers, or incomplete delivery instructions.
    • Additional charges may apply if an order must be redirected, re-delivered, re-shipped, or re-prepared due to incorrect or incomplete information.

    Service Area Review

    Some addresses within or near the edge of an eligible delivery region may require additional review before fulfillment proceeds.

    If an address requires additional delivery coordination, adjusted delivery timing, or additional fees, customer service may contact the purchaser before fulfillment continues.

    If delivery cannot be completed to the address provided, the order may be modified, delayed, cancelled, refunded in part, credited, or treated as undeliverable depending on the circumstances and order status.

    Undeliverable Orders

    Orders may be considered undeliverable when delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address information, recipient unavailability, refused delivery, restricted access, unsafe conditions, building restrictions, courier limitations, or circumstances outside our control.

    • Refunds may not be issued for undeliverable orders caused by customer or recipient circumstances.
    • Re-delivery may incur additional fees.
    • Re-delivery is not guaranteed and depends on product condition, delivery availability, courier availability, and timing.
    • Orders requiring re-preparation, replacement items, updated packaging, or new delivery coordination may be subject to additional charges.
    • Incorrect or incomplete address information remains the customer’s responsibility.

    Gift Messages and Recipient Details

    Birbaby USA is a gifting website, and many orders are sent to a recipient who is different from the purchaser.

    Customers are responsible for reviewing recipient names, delivery addresses, phone numbers, delivery instructions, and gift messages before submitting an order.

    Gift-message changes may not be possible once an order has entered preparation, printing, fulfillment, or delivery coordination.

    Substitutions
