Birbaby USA takes care in preparing and coordinating baby gift orders so they are delivered with appropriate condition, presentation, and gifting intent. This policy explains how damaged, missing, delayed, undeliverable, substituted, customized, or otherwise disputed orders are reviewed, and outlines situations where refunds, replacements, credits, redelivery, or other resolutions may not be available.
Birbaby USA offers baby gifts, newborn gifts, baby gift baskets, custom baby gifts, keepsake gifts, corporate baby gifts, and related gifting products. Products may include third-party branded items, specialty items, seasonal items, packaging materials, keepsake items, or other gift components depending on the product selected.
Because many orders are prepared for a specific recipient, delivery address, delivery timing, gifting occasion, or custom selection, eligibility for a refund, replacement, credit, redelivery, or other resolution depends on the order condition, delivery outcome, product type, preparation status, fulfillment status, and supporting documentation.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, the issue should be reported by the purchaser or recipient within 5 days of delivery.
Clear photos of the damaged item or items, the full gift presentation, and the original packaging may be required so customer service can properly assess the issue. Additional information may also be requested, including the order number, recipient name, delivery address, and a description of the issue.
Once the required information is received, customer service will review the claim. Where appropriate, Birbaby USA may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, redelivery, partial refund, or other resolution based on the order condition, delivery outcome, product type, and supporting documentation.

Substitutions may occur due to product availability, supplier availability, fulfillment location, delivery timing, seasonal availability, or operational requirements.
Substituted items may differ from product images, descriptions, colors, brands, packaging, or specific components shown on the website. A substitution does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, replacement, credit, or other resolution if the overall value, presentation, and gifting intent are maintained.
Birbaby USA may offer a custom baby gift builder that allows customers to select or provide gift preferences, themes, recipient details, occasion details, product selections, upgrades, or other custom choices.
Custom baby gifts are prepared based on the selections and information submitted by the purchaser. Customers are responsible for reviewing all custom gift selections, recipient information, delivery information, gift messages, and checkout details before placing an order.
Once a custom baby gift has entered preparation, fulfillment, or delivery coordination, changes, cancellations, refunds, replacements, or credits may not be available.
Orders are prepared for specific customers, recipients, delivery addresses, and gifting occasions. Many products cannot be reused, resold, or returned after preparation or delivery.
If a return is approved by Birbaby USA, return instructions, eligibility conditions, and any applicable fees will be provided by customer service.
If an order cannot be delivered due to customer or recipient circumstances, re-delivery or re-shipping may be offered at the purchaser’s expense where available.
If an order cannot be re-delivered or re-shipped, Birbaby USA will determine whether any refund, credit, replacement, or other resolution is appropriate based on the circumstances.
For offices, institutions, apartments, hotels, condominiums, gated communities, hospitals, medical facilities, managed properties, and similar locations, delivery may be completed at a reception desk, mailroom, concierge, security desk, front desk, loading area, delivery room, or another location accepted by the building, facility, courier, or delivery partner.
Once an order is accepted by a building, facility, front desk, reception desk, concierge, mailroom, security desk, or authorized representative, the order may be considered delivered.
Birbaby USA is not responsible for delays, loss, refusal, internal handling issues, or delivery restrictions after an order has been accepted by a building, facility, or authorized receiving location.
Birbaby USA delivers to eligible U.S. delivery regions. Same-day delivery may be available in select supported areas, including NYC, LA, and Northern NJ, on eligible gifts. Delivery availability depends on the recipient’s location, selected gift, product eligibility, timing, courier availability, and other operational factors.
Delivery dates, delivery windows, same-day delivery availability, shipping times, and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by Birbaby USA.

If a change is accepted, additional charges, delivery fees, re-routing fees, product costs, or timing limitations may apply.
Birbaby USA is not responsible for refunds, replacements, credits, delivery failures, failed delivery attempts, service interruptions, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include weather, traffic, natural disasters, emergencies, courier disruptions, carrier issues, labor disruptions, supplier shortages, technology outages, building restrictions, recipient unavailability, public safety issues, government action, or other force majeure events.

Tracking details may update as an order is prepared, dispatched, delivered, or otherwise processed. Tracking information may not always update in real time and may be subject to courier, fulfillment, technology, or third-party system limitations.
