Virginia: the usual questions
Is same-day delivery offered across Virginia?
No — same-day is not offered for Virginia; the checker answers courier delivery here. The store's same-day service covers New York City, Los Angeles and Northern New Jersey. The basket is packed in New Jersey: order by 2 p.m. Eastern on a business day and the checker puts the journey at 2 business days. Choose a later date at checkout if it should land on a particular day.
Is there a delivery charge?
There is no single flat rate. For Virginia, the checker lists ground delivery at $0 for these addresses; checkout confirms the charge. The checker above lists the rate for any ZIP code before you order.
Is everywhere covered?
Addresses across the United States, Virginia included — the checker above gives the answer and the charge for any ZIP code. Some addresses near the edge of a delivery region are reviewed before the order is prepared.
Can I order from outside the United States?
Yes — senders nearby, out of state or outside the U.S. can all order for a US recipient, Virginia among them, priced in US dollars. The checkout takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you deliver to Virginia offices?
Yes. The corporate collection gathers the baskets that suit a colleague or client welcoming a baby, and a Virginia business address is delivered on the same terms as any other: give the company name and department with a floor or suite, and choose a weekday while reception is staffed.
How do I track the delivery?
The order-tracking page shows the latest status when you enter the order number or the e-mail used at checkout; details appear once the order is processed and prepared. Transit to Virginia is 2 business days once it is on the road. Anything damaged? Report it within five days of delivery, with photos.
