Details that help
- Apartments and condos: unit number and, where there is one, the building name or access code.
- Offices: the company name, department and a floor or suite; deliveries land during business hours.
- Hospitals and hotels: the recipient's full name and room as the front desk knows it — worth checking the maternity ward accepts deliveries.
- Phone number: the recipient's, not yours — it is what saves a delivery when the door goes unanswered.
Where to start
The store's collections, all available in Charlotte by courier; what you see on each tile is one of its baskets.
What comes with the basket
Champagne or wine for the parents, or the baby basket alone: each tile opens one gift of that kind.

Charlotte: the usual questions
Does Charlotte get same-day delivery?
No — same-day is not offered for Charlotte; the checker answers courier delivery here. The store's same-day service covers New York City, Los Angeles and Northern New Jersey. The basket is packed in New Jersey: order by 2 p.m. Eastern on a business day and the checker puts the journey at 2 business days. Choose a later date at checkout if it should land on a particular day.
Is there a delivery charge?
There is no single flat rate. For Charlotte, the checker lists ground delivery at $0 for these addresses; checkout confirms the charge. The checker above lists the rate for any ZIP code before you order.
Can I change the order after placing it?
Call support on (888) 325-0130 as early as you can. Orders begin processing shortly after payment, and a gift message may not change once the order has entered preparation or printing; an address correction is possible only before the gift is on its way.
Can I send a baby gift from abroad?
Yes — senders nearby, out of state or outside the U.S. can all order for a US recipient, Charlotte among them, priced in US dollars. The checkout takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is there a corporate range?
Yes. The corporate collection gathers the baskets that suit a colleague or client welcoming a baby, and a Charlotte business address is delivered on the same terms as any other: give the company name and department with a floor or suite, and choose a weekday while reception is staffed.
Will I know when it's delivered?
The order-tracking page shows the latest status when you enter the order number or the e-mail used at checkout; details appear once the order is processed and prepared. Transit to Charlotte is 2 business days once it is on the road. Anything damaged? Report it within five days of delivery, with photos.
