Tennessee delivery questions
Can a baby gift reach Tennessee today?
No — same-day is not offered for Tennessee; the checker answers courier delivery here. The store's same-day service covers New York City, Los Angeles and Northern New Jersey. The basket is packed in New Jersey: order by 2 p.m. Eastern on a business day and the checker puts the journey at 2 business days. Choose a later date at checkout if it should land on a particular day.
Is there a delivery charge?
There is no single flat rate. For Tennessee, the checker lists ground delivery at $0 for these addresses; checkout confirms the charge. The checker above lists the rate for any ZIP code before you order.
What happens at the door?
No signature is needed unless one is required: the gift can go to a concierge, reception, security desk, front desk, mailroom, loading area or delivery room.
I made a mistake on the address — what now?
Call support on (888) 325-0130 as early as you can. Orders begin processing shortly after payment, and a gift message may not change once the order has entered preparation or printing; an address correction is possible only before the gift is on its way.
Where do you deliver?
Addresses across the United States, Tennessee included — the checker above gives the answer and the charge for any ZIP code. Some addresses near the edge of a delivery region are reviewed before the order is prepared.
Will the basket match the photo?
Sometimes. Availability varies, and when an item is out it is replaced so that the overall presentation, value and gifting intent of the basket are kept; you may not always be contacted first when timing is tight.
