Phoenix: the usual questions
Is same-day delivery offered in Phoenix?
No — same-day is not offered for Phoenix; the checker answers courier delivery here. The store's same-day service covers New York City, Los Angeles and Northern New Jersey. The basket is packed in Los Angeles: order by 12:30 p.m. Pacific on a business day and the checker puts the journey at 1 business day. Choose a later date at checkout if it should land on a particular day.
What does delivery cost?
There is no single flat rate. For Phoenix, the checker lists courier delivery from $32.59, depending on the address; checkout confirms the charge. The checker above lists the rate for any ZIP code before you order.
I made a mistake on the address — what now?
Call support on (888) 325-0130 as early as you can. Orders begin processing shortly after payment, and a gift message may not change once the order has entered preparation or printing; an address correction is possible only before the gift is on its way.
Do you take international orders?
Yes — senders nearby, out of state or outside the U.S. can all order for a US recipient, Phoenix among them, priced in US dollars. The checkout takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I send a corporate baby gift in Phoenix?
Yes. The corporate collection gathers the baskets that suit a colleague or client welcoming a baby, and a Phoenix business address is delivered on the same terms as any other: give the company name and department with a floor or suite, and choose a weekday while reception is staffed.
How do I track the delivery?
The order-tracking page shows the latest status when you enter the order number or the e-mail used at checkout; details appear once the order is processed and prepared. Transit to Phoenix is 1 business day once it is on the road. Anything damaged? Report it within five days of delivery, with photos.
