Philadelphia: the usual questions
Can a baby gift reach Philadelphia today?
No — same-day is not offered for Philadelphia; the checker answers courier delivery here. The store's same-day service covers New York City, Los Angeles and Northern New Jersey. The basket is packed in New Jersey: order by 2 p.m. Eastern on a business day and the checker puts the journey at 3 business days. Choose a later date at checkout if it should land on a particular day.
Is there a delivery charge?
There is no single flat rate. For Philadelphia, the checker lists ground delivery at $0 for these addresses; checkout confirms the charge. The checker above lists the rate for any ZIP code before you order.
What happens at the door?
No signature is needed unless one is required: the gift can go to a concierge, reception, security desk, front desk, mailroom, loading area or delivery room.
Are substitutions ever made?
Sometimes. Availability varies, and when an item is out it is replaced so that the overall presentation, value and gifting intent of the basket are kept; you may not always be contacted first when timing is tight.
Can I send a baby gift from abroad?
Yes — senders nearby, out of state or outside the U.S. can all order for a US recipient, Philadelphia among them, priced in US dollars. The checkout takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How do I track the delivery?
The order-tracking page shows the latest status when you enter the order number or the e-mail used at checkout; details appear once the order is processed and prepared. Transit to Philadelphia is 3 business days once it is on the road. Anything damaged? Report it within five days of delivery, with photos.
