Everywhere else is shipped: Eastern USA from New Jersey (order by 2:00 PM ET); Western USA from Los Angeles (order by 2:00 PM PT). Cut-offs are shown in the recipient's local time. Delivery is free on orders over $100 USD in the same-day areas; $15.99–$19.99 on orders under that.
