Include with the address
- Apartments and condos: unit number and, where there is one, the building name or access code.
- Offices: the company name, department and a floor or suite; deliveries land during business hours.
- Hospitals and hotels: the recipient's full name and room as the front desk knows it — worth checking the maternity ward accepts deliveries.
- Phone number: the recipient's, not yours — it is what saves a delivery when the door goes unanswered.

Before you order for California
Can a baby gift arrive in California today?
In part. The checker answers same-day for Los Angeles, Beverly Hills: there an order placed by 11 a.m. Pacific can arrive today, confirmed at checkout. Everywhere else across California the gift leaves our Los Angeles warehouse by courier, 1–2 business days in transit, on weekday orders placed by 12:30 p.m. Pacific. The checker above answers for the exact address.
Is there a delivery charge?
There is no single flat rate. For California, the charge depends on the address: the checker lists ground delivery at $0 to some ZIPs and courier delivery from $26.30 to others, and checkout confirms it; where the answer is same-day, that charge shows at checkout. The checker above lists the rate for any ZIP code before you order.
Can I change the gift message?
Call support on (888) 325-0130 as early as you can. Orders begin processing shortly after payment, and a gift message may not change once the order has entered preparation or printing; an address correction is possible only before the gift is on its way.
Where do you deliver?
Addresses across the United States, California included — the checker above gives the answer and the charge for any ZIP code. Some addresses near the edge of a delivery region are reviewed before the order is prepared.
What if an item is unavailable?
Sometimes. Availability varies, and when an item is out it is replaced so that the overall presentation, value and gifting intent of the basket are kept; you may not always be contacted first when timing is tight.
