Baskets are made one at a time, from what's in stock. A substitute, when needed, is chosen to preserve the direction, the intended use and the value.

- Same-day service is limited to eligible addresses in New York City's five boroughs and northern New Jersey or the Los Angeles metro area, ordered by 11 a.m. local time.
- Choose the delivery date in the builder; the calendar shows what's available.
- Please add a complete address and a phone number the recipient uses.
- Hospital deliveries are subject to the hospital's access rules and the recipient's status.
- Recipient discharged? Contact us promptly and the delivery team will review what can be done.
- Note the apartment number, buzzer code and concierge instructions where they apply.
- Delivery confirmation is available where the delivery method provides it.
